First Indiana Bank's Treasury Management Services are designed to save you time and money by helping your business run more efficiently. These services will help you accelerate the collection of receivables, manage disbursements, invest surplus cash, reduce borrowings and gain access to banking information day or night.

Positive Pay
First Indiana's Positive Pay service can greatly reduce the risk of check fraud within your company. This service is ideal for firms that write large number of checks each month or have experienced check fraud in the past. To use positive pay, send First Indiana an electronic file in a specified format that details all checks written against your business accounts each time you write checks. Each day as checks are being processed, First Indiana Bank compares the checks posting against your account to the file of issued checks. First Indiana notifies you of any exceptions encountered in processing and you then have the opportunity to make a pay/no pay decision on any exception check. Exception checks could result from a paid check not being included on your issue file, a duplicate check serial number, or an altered or mismatched dollar amount.
