These services will help you accelerate the collection of receivables, manage disbursements, invest surplus cash, reduce borrowings and gain access to banking information day or night.

Image Depot CD-ROM
The Image Depot Express CD-ROM service eliminates the need to physically store checks or paper images of checks, as well as access, microfilm, or serial sort your checks. Using software installed on your PC, you can easily access images of checks paid against your account. The CD-ROM is mailed with your monthly bank statement by the fifth business day of the month. Searches for check images may be initiated by check number, dollar amount, and/or posting date. Because checks are stored so efficiently, one person could keep a year or more worth of checks within arms length for quick retrieval. Image copies of the checks appear on your screen in a matter of seconds for review and printing.
