Electronic Lockbox
Does your company routinely receive payments through the mail? Then it can benefit from First Indiana's Electronic Lockbox service. This service speeds the collection and handling of your customers' payments while reducing your manual processing of daily remittances. Plus, it provides your customers with a convenient electronic means of making their payment.

The process is simple for you and your customers. By establishing a link on your company's website, typically a "Make a Payment" button, your customers are directed to a secure branded payment site. They then can select a one-time payment or schedule future payments and choose to pay by either an electronic check (ACH) from their checking or savings account or by a credit or debit card. You and your company choose which options to make available to your customers.
